-Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution. -Valid pharmacist license issued by the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC). -Prior experience in hospital pharmacy practice is an advantage. Fresh graduates / passers are welcome to apply. -Knowledge of pharmaceutical care principles, drug dispensing, and medication therapy management. -Familiarity with medication reconciliation processes and medication safety practices. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and patients. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently. -Proficiency in using pharmacy software and electronic health record (EHR) systems. -Commitment to upholding ethical standards and patient confidentiality. -Willingness to undergo additional training and certifications as required

A Registered Pharmacist who will be working under Radiation and Oncology Department. As an Oncology Pharmacist, you will coordinate with the drug therapy process on Oncology patient population. This may include any of all of the following activities: drug selection, drug information, dosing, monitoring, outcomes management, and patient education/counselling.

1. BS Pharmacy Graduate. 2. Licensed Pharmacist. 3. Knowledge of pharmaceutical care 4. Proficiency in the areas of drug information and education. 5. At least one (1) year of experience as a Pharmacist.
